Grausame Töchter, an all-female electronic music group from Germany, was founded in 2009 by Aranea Peel and Gregor Hennig. The band's early background included a series of contacts, recordings, and musical studies aimed at differentiating themselves from other bands. In 2011, Grausame Töchter released their debut album Mein eigentliches Element, following a contract with Dark Dimensions Records after a performance in Koblenz. Subsequent albums include Alles für Dich (2012), Glaube Liebe Hoffnung (2014), and Vagina Dentata (2016). The band's live performances were also known for their provocative content, including BDSM practices and explicit themes. Grausame Töchter has toured extensively across Europe, performing at venues such as the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig and the Helvete Metal Club in Oberhausen. In 2023, the band released BDSM for Satisfaction.
