Kyyria, a Finnish metal band from Helsinki, was formed in 1990. The group released their self-titled EP Kyyria in 1993, which they also self-published. Their debut album, Blessed Ravings, followed in 1994 under Zen Garden Records. In 1997, Kyyria signed with Spinefarm Records for the release of their second album, Alien. The band's third album, Inner Wellness, was released in 1998 and saw distribution through Gun Records and Supersonic Records. Notable members included Sami Yli-Sirniö as a studio musician and Ville Tuomi, who briefly performed with Amorphis. Kyyria disbanded in 1999 and briefly reunited in 2023.
