The Beekeepers, a UK musical group from Derby, England, formed in 1993. Their debut single, "Hold On", was released in 1996 under Beggars Banquet Records. The band followed up with notable releases, including the single "Do You Behave Like That at Home?", which was named Melody Maker's 'Single of the Week' upon its release in February 1997, and their album Third Party, Fear and Theft in March 1998. The Beekeepers toured extensively from 1996 to 1998, with Travis supporting them once. In 2011, the Beekeepers reformed for a reunion concert at The Old Bell in Derby, featuring new guitarist Kev Lamb replacing Julian Berry.
