RVL de son vrai nom Romain Villepontoux est un jeune rappeur montpelliérain qui fait ses débuts dans la musique à l'âge de 7 ans quand il reçoit sa première guitare. Passionné de musique celui-ci va expérimenter tous types d'instruments jusqu'à composer et écrire ses premiers textes lors de l'année 2022/2023. En janvier de cette même année, son premier EP "Grandeur Nature" voit le jour et marque un tournant artistique dans son style de composition, c'est les prémices de ses premiers titres rap. Aujourd'hui cette direction artistique s'oriente dans la continuité de différentes vagues du rap comme la Trap jusqu'à la mélancolie d'un piano sans beat à la façon de Sofiane Pamart.
