Neonfly, a British metal band formed in 2008 by guitarist and composer Frederick Thunder, initially featured Tamas Csemez on vocals, Paul Miller on bass, Patrick Harrington on guitar, and Boris Le Gal on drums. The band's first EP, Clever Disguise, released that same year with backing vocals from Tony Mills, was well-received critically and underground. Neonfly opened for acts like Power Quest and Adagio, performing at European festivals in 2009-10. In 2011, Neonfly recorded and released their debut album Outshine The Sun with producer Nick Savio, released by Rising Records. Their second album, Strangers In Paradise, was released in2014, via Inner Wound Recordings, featuring artwork by Jorge "Qetza" Garza. Neonfly continued to tour with bands like Dragonforce and Gamma Ray, releasing their third album, The Future in 2021.
