Sarai Marie Howard is an American rapper and songwriter born on January 23, 1981, in Kingston, New York. After relocating to Atlanta, Howard signed a recording contract with Epic Records, becoming the first white female rapper represented by a major U.S. label. In 2001, she appeared on the recording “Same Ol' Same Ol' (remix)” by the ensemble P.Y.T.. Her debut studio recording, The Original, appeared in July 2003 and reached number 187 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album featured production by Ali Dee Theodore, Scott Storch, and Beau Dozier. In 2003, her recording “Ladies” reached number 19 on the Billboard Pop Airplay chart. Howard later adopted the pseudonym Miss Eighty 6 and joined DeeTown Entertainment. She performed music for soundtracks including Gossip Girl, Supernatural, and Numb3rs. Howard also appeared as Tonya in the 2006 film National Lampoon's Pledge This!. She collaborated with The Baldwin Brothers on the recording “A Matter of Time”.
