One Year Three Singles. Watch out for the Album!
Releasing four tracks in three years, Laura Frank has rapidly revealed herself to be one super charged
Australian Country emerging star.
Her last single, “Simple Girl” debuted at number #1 on the iTunes All Genres and Country Music
Video Charts and was added to high rotation on commercial network Flow FM across Australia. With
a monthly Spotify listenership tripling every 30 days, Laura Frank has proven herself to be a force to
be reckoned with, both as a streaming and live music artist.
With a live music show in demand throughout regional Queensland, Frank joined forces with Jade
Holland and Tyla Rodrigues of the KIIS 97.3FM “Band that Brisbane Built” and headlined the Pink
Vines tour across South East Queensland for the first four months of 2022.
New single “The Road '' is set for international release on the 9 September 2022 through The Manick
Label distributed through In Grooves/Universal Music. To support the launch of “The Road” , Frank
will be hitting ..well.. the road and taking her show across Australia for the remainder of 2022.
Praised by Undercover Artist Festival Director & disability in the arts advocate, Madeleine Little, for
standing up for individuals rights & breaking down expectations, Ms. Little noted, “Laura Frank's
powerful, authentic storytelling through song writing, champions standing up for oneself &
dismantling the expectations of others. Her work is exceptionally heartfelt, empowering, real & so
relatable that listening feels like catching up with a close friend. An incredible songwriter & vocalist,
Laura is a true asset to Australia's country music scene.”
Touring while finalising tracks for her much anticipated album due for release in 2023, Frank is one
artist who shares her diverse range of talents with a broad network of super fans and
co-conspirators. A long term volunteer of indelabilityARTS, and regular contributor to the indigenous
music education program, OUTBACK TRACKS with Adam Thompson of Chocolate Starfish fame, Frank
also somehow finds the time to run a podcast, FRANKS FOR LISTENING, about life as a creative eco
warrior in the aussie bush.
The Frank Train, is not just the name of Laura’s digital fan army but a larger than life energy to get on
board with, as this young country star takes listeners on a journey through life as a tree changer
creating a more conscious and sustainable lifestyle; a community advocate shining a light on like
minded businesses across the country; a passionate volunteer sharing her talents with causes close
to her heart; and as a musician; creating, writing, recording, producing, touring and promoting. It’s a
huge life for one unapologetic voice.
With Frank’s now famous trademark call to arms to live a more authentic life while celebrating the
beauty of the Australian country lifestyle, this train is thundering down the tracks.
