Mama's Jasje

Mama's Jasje is a Belgian pop-rock group formed in 1990 around frontman Peter Vanlaet. The band achieved immediate success with their debut album, Paradijs op aarde, in 1991, which featured the hit single “Zo ver weg." Their discography expanded with notable releases such as Letters op de muur in 1993 and the commercially successful Hommage aan Zoet in 1997. The group further established their presence in the Flemish music scene when they released works like Testament van een jaargetijde in 2005 and the compilation Als de dag van toen—Het beste van in 2006. With signature singles like “Toeval” from 1992 and “Wij zijn op weg” from 2010, the band has sold millions of records.
