Born and raised in Maassluis in the Netherlands, Joost Gregory Gregorowitsch began his career as a rapper under the name Gregossan. Passionate about rap since his teens, he developed his work in a personal studio and made a name for himself on the platforms with the catchy slogans of his tracks. After several collaborative singles with KV Savage, E11even and Pressplay, he gained notoriety in 2022 with the solo track "Urus", followed by "Miami", "Cartel" with Djaga Djaga (2023), "Skellie", "On Sight " and "Yea Yea / Mr. Spin". The year 2024 saw the rapper just as productive, between collaborations with Kili such as "Een Ding" and his solo tracks such as "Bid Voor Miij", preparatory to the GG album, from which "Tranen" is taken. Not included on the album, his first hit "Mulala" subsequently entered the charts on listening platforms.
