Hera Hyesang Park, born on October 15, 1988 in Republic of Korea, is a South Korean soprano. She trained at Seoul National University and the Juilliard School, graduating in 2015. That year, she won second prize at the Operalia international opera competition. Park joined the Lindemann Young Artist Development Program at the Metropolitan Opera ("the Met"), debuting as the First Wood Sprite in Dvořák's Rusalka in 2017. She returned to the Met stage in 2019 as Amore in Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice. Her repertoire at the Met includes roles such as Barbarina in The Marriage of Figaro, and Pamina in The Magic Flute. In May 2020, Park signed with Deutsche Grammophon.
