Zhang Xingte (张星特), born 11 February 2003 in Zhejiang Province, China, is a Chinese Mandopop singer who began his musical journey with the release of his first solo single “The Wild Goose Flying South” in 2018. He followed this with “Starlight” and “Direction” in 2019, establishing a presence in the domestic pop scene. In 2021, Zhang participated in the Tencent Video survival show CHUANG 2021 on 17 February 2021, where he advanced to the finals and finished 16th, subsequently earning the “Reilee Annual Most Potential Newcomer Award” on 17 June 2021 and the “Reilee Encounter Fashion New Species Annual Most Breakthrough Male Singer Award” on 14 August 2021. He issued the EP 十八歲的未來信 on 11 August 2021, and his singles “我知道你一直没有离开我” (18 October 2021), “大雨向阳” (12 December 2021), “浪漫分店” (27 May 2022), and “冰镇过的夏天” (20 June 2022) added to his catalog. Zhang has performed in multiple tours, including the Special Star fan meeting and Zhang Xingte Birthday Party series, and has collaborated on performances with artists such as Huang Kun and appeared alongside Lin Mo during CHUANG 2021.
