Aerodrone, an American dance-punk band from Eugene, Oregon, was founded in 2005 by Gary Zon. The group, which blends new wave, rock, and electro elements, gained initial traction on MySpace after being featured in the summer of 2006. Aerodrone's early releases included an EP, Spin and Scenboy Ep in 2008. In spring 2007, the band signed a record deal with Cordless Recordings under Warner Music Group. Notable members throughout their career included Gary Zon on vocals, TZA on keyboards, and Joel Adkins on guitar. Aerodrone's music has been featured in various outlets such as Myspace Records, TrueAnthem.com, MTVU, and Hot Topic. In 2011, the band's song "Ready to Love" was included in Vector Stunt, a rhythm flash game.
