Oxford Collapse was an American indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2002. The group consisted of Michael Pace on vocals and guitars, Dan Fetherston on drums, and Adam Rizer on bass and vocals. They released their first EP under the HCR label in 2002 and signed to Kanine Records shortly after. Their debut full-length album Some Wilderness was released in April 2004. The band later signed to Sub Pop and released Remember The Night Parties in October 2006, which earned a seven point nine out of ten from Pitchfork Media. Their final studio album Bits was released on August 5, 2008. Oxford Collapse announced their split in June 2009 after eight years together.
