GodheadSilo, an American rock duo composed of bassist Mike Kunka and drummer Dan Haugh, was formed in Moorhead, Minnesota in 1991. The band began as a three-piece with Phil Leitch on guitar but transitioned to a two-piece after their first show. Their debut release was the track “Pull” on the Moo Bob Records compilation album Nodak: Distorted Hallucinations in 1992. In 1994, they released their debut LP, The Scientific Supercake L.P., under Kill Rock Stars. The band's intense live performances continued until a hiatus beginning in 1998 due to Haugh's hand injury. GodheadSilo reunited for select performances, including a concert in 2015. Notable releases include Three Men and a Baby, a collaborative album with The Melvins released in 2016.
