Shiyun Cai, known professionally as Dizzy Dizzo, was born on 6 April 1986 in Sydney, Australia, and is a Taiwanese rapper and singer. Shee first entered the music scene in 2005 with the release of her debut EP 紫外線, establishing her presence in the local rap community. Dizzy Dizzo’s breakthrough came with the 2012 album 黑色彩虹, featuring the hit "雨過後的風景". She continued to build her catalog with the studio albums Dizzy Dizzo (2017) and SKY (2021), the latter featuring collaborations with artists such as ØZI and Joe Flizzow on tracks like "What a Life" and "Trash Talk". Throughout her career, she has maintained an active touring schedule and signed with the label 瑩音樂, securing chart placements on Taiwanese rap charts.
