Kumiko Osugi, born 大杉久美子 on July 10, 1951 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese singer and voice actor. She began vocal training at age eight and started her career as a kayōkyoku artist under the name Momoko Shibayama in 1964. Osugi's breakthrough came in 1969 with the opening theme "Attack No.1", marking her transition to using her real name for her anison career. Her career flourished with notable openings such as "Ace wo Nerae!" (1973) and contributions to the World Masterpiece Theater series from 1974 to 1978, including "Flanders no Inu" (1975), "Haha wo Tazunete Sanzenri" (1976). She also sang the first opening theme for the popular anime series Doraemon in 1979.
