Jarrod Lawson is an American soul singer who became interested in music as a child as his father owned a recording studio. He learned to play the piano and began performing after his family moved to Portland, Oregon, when he was a teenager. An eponymous album with the track 'Music & Its Magical Way' came out in 2014 and he played at venues in England including Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London. He released 'Soul Love 2015' and 'Soul Love 2016' and in 2019 the EP 'The Positive Agenda'. His 2019 schedule included appearances at venues in Austria, Germany and England as well as venues in America.
