Andrew Coleman, known professionally as Animals on Wheels, is a British electronic musician born in the United Kingdom. He began his career as an engineer and producer, collaborating with notable artists such as Lenny Kravitz and Pharrell Williams. Coleman founded the independent label Bovinyl with Adam Butler and released his first EP, Baits Bite in 1996. The following year, he signed with Ninja Tune and released Cooked, followed by the album Designs & Mistakes. He also collaborated with Mike King under the name Robots with Hearts. In 2009, he published the EP Dummy on the label LaMadameAvecLaChien. Coleman's work as an engineer earned him a Grammy Award at the 63rd ceremony for his contributions to Beck's album Hyperspace, in the category of "Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical."
