Maria Kawamura (born Shigeyo Kawamura on November 21, 1961) is a Japanese pop and rock singer, actress, and voice actress from Setagaya, Tokyo. Kawamura began a professional music career in 1988 with the single “From The Five Star Stories” and the studio album Green and Gold ~ The Five Star Stories. Musical recordings include the albums Canary (1989), Spring Dream Sanctus (1991), Moon and Sakuragai (1993), and GothicMade Flower Poetry Girl (2007). Kawamura released nine studio albums, one compilation, and ten singles, including the tracks “Phantom Sky” (1988) and “Summer Without You” (2011). As a voice actress, Kawamura performed roles in anime productions including Aura Battler Dunbine (1983), Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (1985), and Slayers. Kawamura married manga artist Mamoru Nagano in 1991 and collaborated on the film Gothicmade (2012). Kawamura received the Kazue Takahashi Memorial Award in 2023.
