Shadowkeep, a British heavy metal band, was formed in Guildford, England, in 1999 by guitarists Chris Allen and Nikki Robson. The band's debut six-track EP Shadow Keep (1999) was recorded at Thin Ice Studios in Surrey with vocalist Rogue Marechal and produced by Threshold guitarist Karl Groom. Shadowkeep signed a record deal with Limb Music in June 2000, releasing their first album Corruption Within (2000). Their second album, A Chaos Theory, followed in 2002. The band supported major acts such as Dio and Halford, and appeared at Bloodstock in the UK and events across Europe and the USA. Shadowkeep's lineup has undergone numerous changes over the years, with notable members including bassist Stony Grantham and drummer Omar Hayes. Their third album, The Hourglass Effect, was released in 2008 on Melissa Records. In 2018, they released their self-titled fourth album.
