Emma Swift, born Emma on December 15, 1981 in Sydney, New South Wales, is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist. Before her music career, she worked as a radio broadcaster. Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 to pursue music professionally. Her self-titled debut EP, released in July 2014, was produced by Anne McCue and nominated for the ARIA Award for Best Country Album. She collaborated with Robyn Hitchcock on two 7" vinyl singles, "Follow Your Money" (2015) and "Love Is a Drag" (2016). In August 2020, Swift released her debut album Blonde on the Tracks, an album of Bob Dylan covers nominated at the AIR Awards for the Best Independent Blues and Roots Album or EP category. She has toured extensively with artists like Robyn Hitchcock and Ryan Adams, before releasing her first composed full-length, The Resurrection Game, in September, under Tiny Ghost Records imprint.
