Konstruktivist, a British industrial band formed in 1982, emerged from the krautrock-influenced trio Heute. The group's initial lineup included Glenn Michael Wallis, who had previously worked with Whitehouse and later formed Konstruktivist after a hiatus. Their early releases, such as Psykho Genetika and A Dissembly, established them within the industrial music scene. Notable collaborations included associations with Throbbing Gristle and Chris & Cosey. The band's sound evolved from noise to ambient and beat-driven music, culminating in albums like Forbidden (1992) which featured more accessible tracks such as "Tic Tac Toe" and "Hurts So Good". In 2005, Konstruktivist released Dark Odyssey, marking a significant milestone in their discography. The band continued to release music into the 2010s with albums like Anarchic Arcadia (2015).
