Alessandro Martello and Emanuele Longo are the musicians behind the Italian progressive house duo Marine. The artists celebrated their first hit in 2017 with thesingle "Children Of A Miracle" featuring Don Diablo and Reece Bullimore. This is followed by the singles "Shiva" (2017) feat. The Golden Army and Kshmr and "Bella Ciao" - a cover version of the anti-fascist song - with Steve Aoki. The release of the partisan song is not without controversy: many Italians see it as an affront, shallow in comparison to what the partisans had to endure. This was followed by the singles "Gam Gam" (2018), "Up&Down" (2019) and "Alone" (2019) as well as "Butterfly" (2020), "Calida" (2020) and "Candyman" (2021).
