Multifaceted artist Rush Davis, is a singer, producer, DJ and creative director. Originating from Louisiana, U.S, Davis relocated to Watts, California at the age of 7, where he resided with his extended family whose Black and Mexican heritage and diverse musical preferences significantly shaped his own distinctive style. His journey began at a young age when Lionel Ritchie recognized his exceptional talent at just 11 years old, and at 18, was opening for artists like Snoop Dogg, Akon, and 2 Chainz on the Power 106 School Tours. Later, Rush was signed as a producer/songwriter by Zach Katz, the President of BMG, a partnership that led to collaborations with a diverse array of artists, such as Kelly Rowland, Scarface, Cee-Lo Green, and many more. His initial singles "Feel Trip" and "Pain" in 2016 were followed by a collaboration with Taz Arnold on "Freeway 105" in 2018 and joint album Expensive with J.Kelr in 2019. He continued his creative journey by joining forces with Brooklyn DJ/Producer Kingdom for two albums released in 2021 and 2022, Transmission and XMSN DS. Drawing inspiration from renowned DJs like Josh Peace and Total Freedom, 2022 also brought two collaborations with Raif, "Ratter" and "Intervention," seeing Davis continuing to explore and push boundaries in 2023 with "Lost" in collaboration with Aidan Carroll and Reggie Becton, released on June 15, with "Lost (The Remixes)" appearing two months later featuring Jupiter's Sick, Sky Society and oje.
