Blå Tåget is a Swedish progressive band. Initially known as Gunder Hägg, they changed their name to Blå Tåget in 1972 due to name conflicts. The band's lyrics, primarily written by Mats G. Bengtsson, Torkel Rasmusson, Tore Berger, and Leif Nylén, covered a wide range of themes including marxist analysis, satire, and art criticism. Their early works often criticized the Swedish model of mixing capitalism with socialism. Blå Tåget released their debut album Brustna Hjärtans Hotell in 1972 under their new name. Notable albums include Slowfox (1974) and Moderna Material (1999), among others.
