Killers, a French heavy metal band from Bardos in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, was formed in 1982. Initially named Genocide, they changed to Killers and started performing locally. Their debut album, Fils de la haine (Sons of Hate), released in 1985, garnered positive reviews nationally and internationally, including a mention in Kerrang!. The band's lineup evolved over the years, with Bruno Dolheguy taking on vocal duties after Serge Pujos' departure. Notable albums include Mise aux poings (1987), Résistances (1989), and Cités interdites (1992). Killers continued releasing music throughout the 1990s, with albums like Contre-courant (1995) and 109 (1999). In 2022, they released Nœuds de Têtes.
