Flexa Lyndo, a Belgian pop and alternative rock group from Namur, Wallonia, was formed in 1993 by Loïc Bodson, Gaël Bertrand, and Gaëtan Libertiaux. Initially known as De Profundis, the trio released two EPs before rebranding as Flexa Lyndo in 1998. Their debut album, 45 Minutes, was recorded with producer Federico Pelligrini and released by 62 TV Records in 1999. The group's second album, Little Everyday Masterplan, followed in 2001, featuring Rodolphe Coster on keyboards. This period included notable performances at the Dour Festival and as an opening act for Placebo. In 2005, Flexa Lyndo released their album, Slow Club, produced independently with contributions from various artists, including Marie V., Olivier Soree, and Sam. The group disbanded in 2007 to pursue individual projects but reunited briefly in 2011 and released the VHS project.
