In 1992, Lefeuvre founded the Viellistic Orchestra, an ensemble dedicated to the hurdy-gurdy, which he conducted for twelve years. The orchestra's work spanned from medieval times to contemporary compositions. Throughout his career, Lefeuvre collaborated with notable composers such as Daniel Tosi and Susumu Yoshida, creating innovative pieces that pushed the boundaries of traditional hurdy-gurdy music. His discography includes albums like Alicante (1991), Cris de cordes Vol 2 (1995) with Viellistic Orchestra, and Tierkreis (1995) with Erik Baron.
