Audiosmog was a German rock band formed in the early 2000s in Wadersloh in Münsterland. The group was known for making rock versions of popular songs and entered the public eye with their debut single "Daylight In Your Eyes" in 2001, which reached number 36 on the German singles chart and helped establish the band’s presence in the European market. The same year, they released the studio album Top of the Rocks. Over the next decade, Audiosmog continued to release singles, including "The Ketchup Song" (2003), "Dragostea din tei" (2004), "Shine like a Superstar" (2008), and Last Friday Night T.g.i.f." (2012). Members included Andre Schön (guitar/vocals), René Berndt (guitar, bass), Niels Goldau (bass/vocals), and Mark Lehmkuhl (drums, vocals/guitar).
