Mola Adebisi, born Ademola Oluwatosin Adetumbo Adebisi on February 15, 1973, in Uelzen, Germany, is a singer and television presenter. Raised in Solingen by his mother after his parents' early separation, Adebisi began rapping and dancing at the age of 14. He co-founded the jazz-hip-hop group Exponential Enjoyment in 1989, releasing his first record with them. In 1990, he joined the dancefloor formation Bass Bumpers and collaborated as a guest rapper with the group 4 Reeves. Adebisi's breakthrough in music came with his solo single "Shake That Body" in 1996, which charted in Germany. He followed this success with another single, "Get It Right", in collaboration with Bed & Breakfast and Sqeezer in 1997. His final solo release was the single "Don’t Give Up" later that year. Throughout his career, Adebisi also ventured into television presenting, becoming a well-known figure on the music channel VIVA from 1993 to 2004, where he hosted various shows including Interaktiv and Club R'n'B. Additionally, he moderated programs for RTL II and DSF. Adebisi's diverse career also includes acting in television films and series, as well as voice-over work for movies like Ali G in da House.
