DJ Neophyte, born Jeroen Streundings, is a Dutch club DJ from Rotterdam known for his contributions to electronic music. In the early 1990s, Streunding began organizing small parties and collaborating with Danny Greten and Robin van Roon, forming the hardcore group Neophyte. Their breakthrough came when they signed with DJ Paul Elstak's Rotterdam Records in 1993, releasing their debut EP The Three Amiga's E.P. and subsequent releases like "Mikey" and "Mellow Moenie Mauwe" under the name Bodylotion. The group gained further recognition with albums such as Noise Is the Message (1994) and Execute (1996). In 2005, Neophyte celebrated their 13th anniversary with the compilation album 13 Jaar Terreur, which included tracks released under various names. Notable collaborations include "Alles kapot" (2004) with Evil Activities and "Thrasher" (2011) with The Playah. DJ Neophyte has also led Neophyte Records, hosting artists like Tha Playah and DJ Panic.
