Stan Bush, born July 10, 1953, in the United States, is an American singer-songwriter and rock musician. He began his career as a guitarist with the band Boulder, releasing their self-titled album in 1979 before the group disbanded. He later signed with CBS Records and released his debut solo album Stan Bush in 1983. His breakthrough came in 1986 with "The Touch," featured in the animated film The Transformers: The Movie. Other notable songs include "Hearts vs. Heads" from The Wraith and "She's Got the Power" from the American voice dub of Sailor Moon. Bush has released numerous albums, including Stan Bush & Barrage (1987), The Child Within (1996), and Dream the Dream (2010). In 2014, he was inducted into the Transformers Hall of Fame at BotCon.
