Springs was a Japanese J-pop group formed in 2002 that consisted of three idols: Aya Hirano, Ayaka Itō, and Yūki Yoshida. The group debuted with the single "DOWN TOWN" on January 22, 2003. They released several notable singles including "Kogarashi ni dakarete", "Raspberry Dream", and "Identified", which served as the opening theme for the anime series Beyblade G Revolution. Their only album, Springs Super Best, was released on March 26, 2003. The group disbanded in late 2003 after releasing five discs under EMI Music Japan. Following their disbandment, members pursued solo careers: Aya Hirano became a seiyū and singer, Ayaka Itō debuted as a solo artist with Universal Music Japan in 2009 under the name Maria, and Yūki Yoshida joined Sound Horizon under the name YUUKI in 2006.
