Stanislav Todorov Trifonov, known as Slavi Trifonov, was born in 1966, in Pleven, Bulgaria. He is a Bulgarian TV host, tambourine and viola player, singer, and politician. Trifonov's musical journey began with his enrollment in the music school in Pleven. In 1993, the band Ku-Ku was established by Trifonov, Evgeni Dimitrov, Maestro Evgeny Jotov, and Ilia Iliev. The band played a major role in TV programs such as KU-KU, Canaletto, and Slavi's Show. They released numerous albums including Ръгай чушки в боба (1993), Шат на патката главата (1994), and Няма "не искам"... (1999). The band performed at hundreds of concerts and toured extensively.
