Enrico Nascimbeni, born on November 20, 1956, in Verona, Italy, was a singer-songwriter and journalist. He collaborated early in his musical career with Roberto Vecchioni on tracks such as "Vincent" (2000) and " L'ultima notte di un vecchio sporcaccione" (2002). He also collaborated with artists like Tom Waits and Leonard Cohen. He released several albums, including Amori Disordinati (2002) and Le Due Anime (2004). In 2003, he earned the critics' prize at the Tenco Prize with Vecchioni. Nascimbeni won the annual Rewind chart in 2009 for his album Uomini Sbagliati. He was also recognized with the Simon Bolivar prize in 2016. Enrico Nascimbeni passed away on June 11, 2019, at the age of 62.
