Rudy Dougbe, known professionally as Profecy or Pro176, was born on July 29, 1976, in Paris, France, and is a graffiti artist, painter, and rapper. He developed a passion for drawing inspired by comic books and discovered graffiti and hip-hop culture in the late 1980s. Adopting the pseudonym Pro176, he became an active member of artist collectives like Grim-Team and Ultra Boys International. Profecy's music career began with his debut album Le Cri des Briques in 2003. He released Vocabulaire Granit in 2007 and Galactik in 2009, collaborating with artists such as Rockin' Squat and Napoleon Da Legend. Profecy was involved with the collective Mafia K'1 Fry and associated with groups like Assassin. In 2009, he transitioned to focusing on painting, which led to significant exhibitions in cities like Paris, London, and Berlin.
