Sexy Sadie, a Spanish pop-rock band formed in Mallorca in 1992, took their name from The Beatles' song "Sexy Sadie". Their early releases included Draining Your Brain (1995) and Onion Soup (1996). In 1998, they released their breakthrough album, It's Beautiful, It's Love. The band continued to release albums such as Butterflies (2000), Lost & Found (2003), and Translate (2006). On September 19th, 2006, Sexy Sadie announced their disbandment after more than 14 years of activity. The band reunited for a special tour in 2011 and performed at various festivals, including the Pulpop Festival and Low Cost Festival.
