Angelcy, whose real first name is Ange, is an 18-year-old Franco-Congolese singer from Combs-la-Ville (Seine-et-Marne), where she grew up and which she proudly showcases in her artistic universe. Passionate about music since childhood, she began singing in secret before being encouraged by her mother to share her talent. Her meeting with "Max on guitar" and her brother Seny marked a decisive turning point: together, they composed her first songs, always introduced by the recognizable tag "Max on guitar and Seny on piano". Influenced by artists such as Rihanna, Summer Walker and Ella Mai, Angelcy developed a style blending R&B and urban pop. In 2021, her single "Laisser faire" went viral on TikTok, racking up millions of views and attracting the attention of established artists such as Wejdene, Keblack and Niska. This success led to her signing with the Play Two label, with whom she released several acclaimed tracks, including "Marrakech", "T'as capté" and "Pas de Ralentir" in collaboration with Jungeli. Nominated for the NRJ Music Awards 2021 in the French-speaking Revelation of the Year category, Angelcy has established herself as a rising voice on the French R&B scene.
