Born on July 18, 1949 in North Bay, Ontario, he is a Canadian singer and bassist. He began his career as a singer in 1969 with the progressive rock band Chimo! When the band split up in 1971, he continued his career in various projects and groups throughout most of the '70s. In 1977, Breen Leboeuf was put in touch with the Offenbach boys, who were touring Ontario to promote their album Never Too Tender . A year later, the band invited Breen Leboeuf to meet them, as they were looking for musicians. That same year, Leboeuf became the band's new bassist, a position he held until the group split up in 1985. He recorded 6 studio albums and 2 live albums with the band. He sings on a number of the group's songs, including "Mes blues passent pu dans porte ", which became a Quebec classic. In 1990, he released his first solo album, De Ville En Aventure. He released a second album in 1994, L'Âme Nue, and a third in 2000, J'avance. He joined April Wine on tour from 2007 to 2011 as bassist.
