Lawrence Chou (born April 19, 1979) is a Hong Kong-Canadian singer and actor from Hong Kong. Chou was raised in Vancouver and won several local singing contests between 1994 and 1996. He signed with BMG in 1998 and released the single “Don't Be A Fool”, a duet with Andy Lau that became an IFPI sales champion. Chou won the Best Male Newcomer award from Channel V in 1998. Chou’s discography includes the albums I LOVe YOU (1998), Saving Your Love (1999), and The Bomb (1999). He produced albums for artists including Mavis Fan and ASOS. In 2003, he formed the group Fukulukuju, whose album Fuluju - Fukulukuju won the Best Electronic Music Album award in China in 2004. Chou debuted as an actor in the film Heroes in Love (2001) and received a Best Newcomer nomination at the 2002 Hong Kong Film Awards for Merry-Go-Round.
