Rasquiz Alfred Johnson, known as Raz Fresco, was born on January 27, 1995, in Toronto, Ontario. He is a rapper and record producer from Brampton, Ontario. Raised by Jamaican parents, Raz began writing rap lyrics in the second grade and producing beats by seventh grade. Raz Fresco's career started with Welcome To The Bakersclub (2010), which secured him a management contract with The Commission. He released mixtapes such as Laced Up (2010) and MCMXCV (2011). In 2012, he produced CakeyPocket$, his first self-produced project, gaining significant attention on popular hip-hop sites. Notable collaborations include working with artists like Raekwon, Bishop Nehru, and Mac Miller. Raz Fresco's debut album, Pablo Frescobar, was released in 2015.
