Around the age of 14, Senamo, a native of the Brussels commune of Forest, developed a passion for tagging, but above all discovered the Belgian rap compilation Dans Ta Rue, which inspired him to take up music. Initially active within L'Exutoire Collectif with F.L.O. and Seyté, he played an active role in bringing together another collective, Nouvelle Génération, made up of G.O.R. and Rizla. The group La Smala, of which Senamo is one of the pillars, was then born and multiplied mixtapes before seeing some of its members go solo at the same time. This was the case for Senamo, who released his first opus, Des Lendemains Sans Nuage, in 2013. Three years later, still very active within La Smala, he released his second album, Trois Fois Rien, featuring the track "Un seul pas", which enabled him to make a remarkable foray into the French album sales charts.
