Fool Moon is an a cappella group from Szeged, Hungary, formed in 2001. The band gained attention through unique music lessons and TV appearances, bringing pop-a cappella to the forefront of Hungarian music. Their debut album, Stars, released in 2003, featured five-part a cappella arrangements of Hungarian pop hits. Fool Moon's repertoire expanded to include songs in multiple languages and covers of international artists. In 2012, their original hit "Kettesben jó" was commissioned for the film Sherlock Holmes nevében. The group made history as the first a cappella act to enter A Dal, the Hungarian round of the Eurovision Song Contest, with their song "It Can't Be Over", placing second. Fool Moon has collaborated with notable Hungarian artists and performed at international festivals. Their discography includes albums such as Acappelland (2008) and Music & Soul (2012), earning multiple CARA nominations, Fonogram prize nominations, and AVA wins for their music videos.
