BM Linx was a psychedelic rock group formed in 2005 in Brooklyn, New York and consisted of Tony Diodore on guitar and violin, Jonathan Murray on bass, and Andrew Griffith on drums. The name BM Linx originated from a friend of Diodore's who modified a Mercury Lynx to resemble a BMW. In 2006, BM Linx released their debut EP The Portable Genius, and their first full-length album, Black Entertainment, followed in 2008. The band toured extensively across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, performing at various festivals. BM Linx went on hiatus in 2010.
