Tahsan Rahman Khan, also known as Tahsan, born October 18, 1979, in Munshiganj District, Bangladesh, is a musician, singer, actor, and songwriter who began his musical journey after training at Shishu Academy and Chhayanaut. He first appeared as the keyboardist and second vocalist of the rock band Black, before launching his solo career with the 2004 album Kothopokothon. Subsequent releases followed, such as Krittodasher Nirban (2005), Ichche (2005), Nei (2008), Prottaborton (2011), and Uddessho Nei (2014). His singles such as "Ke Aake Onno Chobi" (2007) and collaborations with artists like Minar and Sakib Jakir expanded his reach. His work has earned chart success in Bangladesh, and he was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador of UNHCR in January 2021.
