Joseph R. Guerrido, known professionally as Produkt, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born in the Bronx, New York, in 1986. He established Legacy Records Inc. in 2006 and has since released notable mixtapes, making significant strides in the underground hip-hop scene. Produkt made history by receiving over ten nominations in a single year at the Underground Music Awards, a first in the event's history, and winning three in 2014. His singles released in 2014, "Hold It Down" and "Freak Affair," gained considerable attention, with the former climbing to number 9 on Billboard Hot Single Sales.
