Ultraviolence is an English industrial/techno band formed in 1991 and headed by Johnny Violent. Their music incorporates elements from various styles including hardcore techno/gabber, breakbeat hardcore, industrial techno, power noise, metal and rap. They released their debut album Life of Destructor in 1994. The group's releases include the single Heaven Is Oblivion (1999) and the maxi-single Paranoid (1998). Ultraviolence continued to build their discography with albums such as Killing God (1997), Superpower (2001), and Blown Away (2004).
