Sniper SP is a Puerto Rican urban artist from Isabela, Puerto Rico, who built his name in the street-reggaetón lane through a mix of solo records and high-impact collaborations. After early independent releases in the 2010s, his profile jumped in 2016 around “Gotas de Sudor” and the Jetson “El Super” collaboration “Gotas de Sudor (Remix)” featuring Ñengo Flow, which tied him to a bigger, club-tested circuit and kept his voice associated with raw, percussive hooks and blunt storytelling. That same period also marked a productive album stretch—he released Lapiz, Papel y Musa (2016) and Ghetto Superstar (2016)—then continued putting out singles through the following years while staying close to collaborators in his circle. In the 2020s, he broadened his public presence beyond music by becoming one of the on-mic panelists of Puerto Rico’s La Pichaera Podcast alongside Jetson “El Super,” using the show as a platform for long-form talk around culture and current topics while he kept recording. He returned with a more focused album statement on Goal$ (2023), and he remained active into the mid-2020s with new releases that kept his delivery anchored in hard-edged urbano energy.
