Clementina Mulenga, known professionally as Cleo Ice Queen, and born on June 14, 1989, in Zambia, is a singer-songwriter and rapper. She began her music career at a young age, performing at local events and releasing her first single "Hands Up" at the age of 16. In 2013, she gained national recognition as a housemate on Big Brother Africa: The Chase. Cleo released her debut studio album Geminice in 2015, which included hits like "Turn Up" and "Addicted". She collaborated with various artists, including Bucie and Mr Kamera for the song "Simunye" on Season 2 of Coke Studio. Cleo's achievements include winning Best Female Rapper – Southern Africa at the 2021 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) and Best Female Artiste – Southern Africa at the 2022 All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA). She also worked extensively in television as a presenter, mentor, and brand ambassador.
