Born on April 2, 1982, in Anyang, South Korea, he debuted in 2008 as a member of the group No Reply and has been an active musician for over 17 years. His music blends indie, pop rock, and heartfelt ballads, earning him a dedicated following. In addition to his solo work, Kwon Soon-kwan has collaborated with prominent artists such as Lee Seung-hwan, Soyou, Kwon Jin-ah, and Jung Seung-hwan as a producer. He has also contributed to various television soundtracks, including "My Dangerous Wife, Pt. 5" (2020) and "Potato Star 2013QR3, Part 2" (2014).
